The RA NA President Ara Babloyan made a statement on resignation of the President of the RA Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan which we present below:
Under Part 1 of Article 147 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia ‘NA Rules of Procedure,’ I announce that on 1 March 2018 the President of the RA Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan presented resignation from the position of the President of the RA Constitutional Court.
